Silitech 2019 Results Press Release

(2/24/2020) Silitech Technology Corp. (TWSE: 3311) Board of Directors approved 2019 financial statements today. The worldwide consolidated revenue for the year was NT$2,296 million and net loss was NT$30.5 million, representing loss per share of NT$0.24 based on weighted average outstanding ordinary shares. Overall, in 2019 the revenue was an increase of 2%, and the net loss was a small improvement of 9.8% year-over-year. The Board of Directors also approved to convene an Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled on June 18th, 2020.
