Silitech 2025 Results Press Release

(2026/02/24) Silitech Technology Corp. (TWSE: 3311) Board of Directors approved 2025 financial statements today. The worldwide consolidated revenue was NT$2,345 million and net income was NT$134 million, representing earning per share of NT$1.67 based on weighted average outstanding ordinary shares. Overall, in 2025 the revenue was a decrease of 2.9%, and the net income was an increase of 143.9% year-over-year. The Board of Directors also approved to convene an Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled on May 29th, 2026.
