Silitech 2022 Results Press Release
(2023/02/23) Silitech Technology Corp. (TWSE: 3311) Board of Directors approved 2022 financial statements today. The worldwide consolidated revenue for the year was NT$2,025 million, and net income was NT$100 million, representing earning per share of NT$1.47 based on weighted average outstanding ordinary shares. Overall, in 2022 the revenue was an increase of 11.5%, and the net income was an increase of 62.1% year-over-year. The Board of Directors also approved to convene an Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled on June 14th, 2023.
