Silitech 2023 Results Press Release

(2024/02/22) Silitech Technology Corp. (TWSE: 3311) Board of Directors approved 2023 financial statements today. The worldwide consolidated revenue for the year was NT$2,084 million and net income was NT$119 million, representing earning per share of NT$1.75 based on weighted average outstanding ordinary shares. Overall, in 2023 the revenue was an increase of 2.9%, and the net income was an increase of 19.1% year-over-year. The Board of Directors also approved to convene an Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled on June 4th, 2024.
