Silitech 2024 Results Press Release

(2025/02/20) Silitech Technology Corp. (TWSE: 3311) Board of Directors approved 2024 financial statements today. The worldwide consolidated revenue for the year was NT$2,414 million and net income was NT$55 million, representing earning per share of NT$0.81 based on weighted average outstanding ordinary shares. Overall, in 2024 the revenue was an increase of 15.8%, and the net income was a decrease of 53.8% year-over-year. The Board of Directors also approved to convene an Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled on June 18th, 2025.
