(2021/2/22)Silitech Technology Corp. (TWSE: 3311) Board of Directors approved 2020 financial statements today. The worldwide consolidated revenue for the year was NT$1,734 million and net loss was NT$366 million, representing loss per share of NT$6.10 based on weighted average outstanding ordinary shares. Overall, due to the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic and the  impairment losses and the layoff expenses caused by the reduction of production in Xurong plant, in 2020 the revenue was a decrease of 24% year-over-year, and the net loss was an increase of 336 million from the previous year.
